The course of humanity may have changed on a typo.

quote:

“This is a legitimate email,” Charles Delavan, a Clinton campaign aide, replied to another of Mr. Podesta’s aides, who had noticed the alert. “John needs to change his password immediately.”

With another click, a decade of emails that Mr. Podesta maintained in his Gmail account — a total of about 60,000 — were unlocked for the Russian hackers. Mr. Delavan, in an interview, said that his bad advice was a result of a typo: He knew this was a phishing attack, as the campaign was getting dozens of them. He said he had meant to type that it was an “illegitimate” email, an error that he said has plagued him ever since.

Either BS or democrats have no grasp on grammar. It would have an "an" prior to it if he meant to type "illegitimate"

Then why didn't he type "an legitimate" email if he actually meant to type illegitimate? Sounds like a CYA move.

Good point. I have my doubts as well that it was simply a typo, but it is fun to think about.

And this is the rag tag group that was close to getting the nuclear codes. I mean honestly you think they would try and shy away from the hack story with as bad as it is that the potential chief of staff emailed an obvious phishing scheme his password

The word Legitimate is used much more frequently than illegitimate. In addition to the a/an issue, gotta call BS.
