Unless people are still watching to see if the protests are continuing. Then whenever there happens to be a down tick in ratings, that's the week that matters, and it will totally prove that Trump is winning and that starting shite with football players is a good use of his time.

The ratings going slightly up for this week doesn't surprise me one bit, a ton of people likely tuned in to see what the heck was going to happen.
Give it a few more weeks and see if it stays up, stays the same, or goes way down.
