You absolutely do. These were lawful orders though. You don’t like the orders, but they are absolutely lawful.
Then why is there a legal injunction?

Standing up against shitty laws is what makes America great.
Sorry you're a statist.

So a communist in the military tells the soldiers to gun down every white male in the US. Should they just do what he/him/she/her/it says?
Of course not. That is clearly unlawful and the soldiers would be prosecuted. Those are in no way related.

Is there any way LA can get rid of him?
Its very hard process but we need to step up. Until just one state recalls their worthless congress critter home and demands they vote what the people want; we are lost as a nation.

Because the claim is the Air Force is not giving proper weight to religious exemptions. If that is the story, then that is an issue. It will be adjudicated through the court system. A blanket refusal to get them is not allowed though.

It is the story. Not only that, they revoked long-standing religious exemptions that people had in place for other shots because they realized it made them look like this was entirely political. Which it was, of course.

Time will tell. Right now it's not looking promising for you.

He's got his lady bits crossed hoping for good luck.
Statists always defend the status quo.

My guess is LSU2ALA is a lawyer.
Lawyers are the backbone of statist society. They benefit the most from on overly regulated, overly legislated society.
We need fewer laws and lawyers. They're propping up the current system

bullshite.
This wasn’t some kind of military command decision. It was straight from the White House.

All three of these weasels hate America.

I never said it was. I'm simply saying there is historical precedence when it comes to Congress stepping in and interfering with the chain of command. Whether you like it or not, the military is not infallible and in a free society the military chain of command still answers to the people.

it is not Congress’s place to intervene in the chain of command and set a precedent for military personnel to ignore direct orders.”
exactly, if you can't follow a simple military protocal and order, such as getting a mandatory vaccine, then there is no place for you in the military and said personnel should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of military law. The military is no place to be playing politics.
