That was the the point of post. Vermont has already abandoned the model. Too expensive.

It's sounds great as long as the rest of us don't have to bail them out when they realize they can't afford it. Would be great for them to show the rest of the US that it doesn't work . Canada is going to show us that a $15 minimum wage will be a disaster too.
