Oh I enjoy watching religions fleecing their followers.

Kinda makes you a bit of a sad schadenfreude type.

Its funny how religions are slowly but surely losing their flock...wonder why?

Well some the answer is in the first sentence.

Ha!

You better pick a different state.

Between the Feminists trying to impose their sexual views on my son (in school no less) and the Atheists showing up at my doorstep once a week and influencing which local government candidates get into office through lots of donations which affects the laws of this state... Yea it is day to day in California.

So much for the separation of church and state.

Did not realize they were not permitted to be involved in politics. Who would have thunk?

But statists/humanists, you are down with that though, correct?

Religion and the family are the largest impediments to the advance of progressivism. It's no accident that progressive policies weaken both the family and religion.

You're half right.

They only love the freedom to do what they want and you to do what they want you to. They are the intellectual elite, they know whats best.

Good deal. It is the simple message that works best. They are not contributing to society in a meaningful way so we need to take necessary measures. Right?

If it's not a private school, Then report them to the school board.

the Mormons showing up at my doorstep once a week

Then simply turn them away from your private property.

They have that right.

They can campaign for candidates they like and donate as much money as they want. If you don't like it, start actively campaigning against them and try to educate your fellow citizens on your opposition to them and their desires, you have that right as well.

You are a hypocrite. You don't want someone else's beliefs affecting your life but you are cool with your belief affecting someone else's life. Your way of thinking > their way of thinking, right?

No it's not religious oppression I hope happens, it's religious eradication I seek. Nothing good ever comes from religion. Nothing. Never has. Never will.

If not for the Christan Church we'd still be in the dark ages.

Nope.

In this great state we have sex education taught at middle school.

I actually pay attention to what is being taught to my kid.

I come to find out that the teachers of sexual education were from the local Catholic volunteer teachers group.

ANd you guessed it ...their program was all about abstinence.

I let my son go through the program and then every night corrected the misinformation.

And there was plenty.

Hell even my son was challenging some of their bullshite...
