Coincidence again. Republican votes get cast for Democratic candidate. Again. Not just Chicago (and Florida) anymore.

one day we will have emails with our voter registration and once we vote, we'll get a confirmation number with our voting

But, but, but.....there's no such thing as voter fraud. That's what I'm told by the liberals on this board, anyway.

Canned response: Voter ID would not have prevented this; therefore, Voter ID not necessary.

I would buy the excuses that it really is a computer error if it happened both ways, but the fact that it's always changing R votes to D votes is too much coincidence

True.
It is an indication of how far Dems will go to cheat, though.

In this instance wouldn't that in fact be correct?

The fact that it's changing them from R to D everywhere just means that all the machines have the same error.
Like I said, this vendor, if it's the same one, obviously needs to go if they can be replaced this late in the game.

Do you seriously believe this or is this a troll? Do you not know what a callibration issue is? Unless the screen was the exact same in all of these cases, the calibration should have different effects.

Don't worry their backup plan of having zombie voters is still on track
Posted on 10/27/14 at 4:37 pm to ynlvr
That machine needs to be pulled. Cast 2000 votes, 1k dem, 1k rep and check the tally

quote:No because you'd be suppressing the vote because in order to have an e-mail address you'd most likely have to have a computer. And poor minorities don't have computers. Or they'd have to go to the library. But that means they'd have to drive there and they don't have cars. Or if they do have cars, they'd have to spend money on gas. Or if they took the bus instead, they'd have to spend money on the bus fare.

So you see, these are all modern-day poll taxes enacted by Republicans to suppress the vote of the poor minority voters.
You are such a racist.

Goes to show how blatant they are.
As someone else mentioned, if I wanted to rig an election, I'd have the screen show the voter what s/he actually selected yet have the software tally something different.
And one possibility is to have every 20th GOP vote (or 5% of the votes) be "switched". In a close election a 5% swing would decide things.

It's easy to do. Before I retired, I used to see Democrats, mostly union and teacher leaders, go to the Registrar of Voters office in the courthouse and put rubber bands in the backs of voting machines on the inside on the levers that vote Dem.. Ever wonder how a Black precinct votes 100% Dem.. That's how. Today it's more technical and advanced than in the 70's/80's.
