Makes sense

Anytime I hear about a white guy committing a crime they always describe him as "someone with European ancestry"

Have you been to South Asia? There are plenty of people who are very brown in skin color.

maybe i should post a picture of the guy they originally said was the attacker...brown isn't black...this guy was black.

there isn't any skin color native to asia that is going to blend in kenya maybe i can round up some pantones and head to the gas station and take photos of my research.

In England, that typically means India or Pakistan. The attacker was Pakistani

Right. But CNN here in America sure jumped on the "Asian" description without clarifying the difference, knowing that Americans would take "Asian" to mean something other than Muslim.

You really haven't been to South Asia then. Even in KSA there were people who were extremely dark.

People commit evil because what is in their brain. Not because of their skin color. I know that reporters will fill talking head time with anything, but I'm mainly interested in motivation.
Since ISIS is claiming him, I think his religious affiliation is more important than his skin color or what he had for breakfast.

So when you guys think a man of asian appearance, do you think khalid masood or Jet Li? Im just curious?

It's how they do it in the UK. Sort of like how we call Native Americans "Indians" here. I am sure the UK would say "wut?" to that.

1. i would just call sri lanka and southern india south asia, but that's just me. the south east corner of asia is pee color

i get that some are dark as shite, but even though (or because) i'm color blind i can tell the color is different. also this guy had a beard that even if you had a doubt, would remove said doubt.

They are both South Asia. I was simply saying that even in a place that is as homogenized as KSA, there are people who are extremely dark.

Yeah but I thought you said south EAST Asia. That's relatively light skin tone there. Not Japanese, Chinese or Korean light but no one is mistaking them for Africans

No but they think it's PC for a reason because the media does that shite here

It's telling how little credibility our media has when this legit (but still incredibly useless description) has almost everyone rolling their eyes

Did I misspeak? I meant South Asia from the beginning. I apologize for the confusion.

Kafka, I'm color blind but that girl is dark brownish red and in no scenario am I confusing her as African

Maaaybe if I only had the eye slits of a burka to go on, but even then if I stared too long I'd lose my life or at the very least my hand
