Of course, in Trumplandia, publishing an obviously bullshite story that you are later forced to retract is proof of credibility! Haha. It couldn't possibly be that WaPo actually vets their shite BEFORE they publish it. Nope. That idea doesn't jive with my confirmation bias.

I don't really read or watch fox unless it's for a specific thing I've already seen referenced- what was the original article? P.S. The WAPO sucks just as badly.

Reporting on things someone thinks someone else thinks is not journalism. The other outlets do this all of the fricking time.

sorry

HIS NAME WAS SETH RICH

I just want a real investigation.

Either he was or wasnt killed for leaking to wikileaks.

is it so much to ask that it is properly investigated?

It's pointless now. Rush the fattie already got the embers burning. I'd assume Rush would redact his claims but does anyone actually hold him accountable to anything? If so, he'd spend 3/4ths of his show on corrections.

I just have no reason to believe it wasn't, as all those claims come from really dubious places

And I've asked others but not received a reply - where is the line on the "proper investigation" stuff? Is law enforcement obliged to take every 4chan troll seriously if they get loud enough?

They need to tell Sean Hannity to shut the frick up about Seth Rich if they want to move on and put this to bed.

The negative was reporting it well after wheeler had done a u turn without mentioning the u turn as a key to assessing the credibility of the information. Hannity just kept right on.

Credibility doesn't mean perfection. It means owning up to the mistakes when you make them. They didn't even say that what they printed was wrong or incorrect, just that they don't yet have enough information to corroborate what they reported. That adds credibility.

No, that couldn't be it, because WaPo has reported on all sorts of things lately that have been completely lacking in substance and evidence. "Anonymous" is their new favorite shield to hide behind because they can literally report anything they want to and then say their source was wrong when it proves to be false. That isn't credibility.

Hannity is losing it

99% chance he's revealed himself to be even dumber than previously thought

1% chance Hannity is a genius and we all have to live with that awful reality

1. Why did the police not interview the last known place he was seen. Even look at their video...anything? (That seems to be pretty standard in investigation procedures)

2. Why was his laptop confiscated from his apartment if this was merely a "robbery gone wrong" on the street?

3. Why is the Donna Brazile interested in who is investigating the murder?

4. Why is the DNC paying for crisis PR people to speak for the family?

5. Why wouldnt they have used Seth Rich as the POSTER BOY for random gun violence during the campaign?

I have lots of questions.

Still little to almost no information on his death. I'll always remember this case as being extremely weird

You forgot a decimal and a few zeros in front of that 1.

There are plenty of solved murder cases as weird, and a bunch of unsolved ones.
