They should include sniper stands in the bids. I'd pay $100 per hour for that. Frankly, put about 500 hundreds sniper stands on the border and you won't need no wall.

It really is. They're cutting out after school programs for poor kids to pay for this. Trumpkins love this either way though, because it's going after the 'others'.
