Yep, I f'ed up and read that as a sales tax.
Basically, they just want all corporations to pay a minimum of 15% in taxes, regardless of what country they are based out of. If a company is based out of a country with a lower tax and does business in countries with higher taxes; they now have to pay a minimum of 15%. Who collects the money? Especially if you are selling in several different countries, with different corporate rates?
And, why would the US have the rights to collect on income for work/sales performed in another country.
