President Joe Biden reassured donors Monday that he would use his executive powers to act on climate change, even as energy prices are at record highs.

“The climate crisis is the existential threat. That’s not hyperbole; it’s a fact,” Biden said after taking the podium at a Democratic National Committee Fundraiser in Washington, DC.

Biden promised to take “aggressive” executive actions on climate regulations even if the Supreme Court overruled him. He acknowledged that progress on the issue of climate change was difficult to achieve in Congress, hinting that donors could help him pressure lawmakers.

At heart, these are not serious people.

Understanding this can be very DIS-heartening.

From the article......

He told the audience of donors the issue of climate change was personal, as he cited a conversation he had that day with his daughter Ashley, who is a social worker.

“I called her tonight to tell her I love her … and she said, ‘Dad, you’re talking about climate, right? Talking about climate,'” he recalled to the audience. “And dad is talking about climate.”

Climate change occurs naturally it's how the earth is designed to function
Government/enviro activists/and who ever else pushes the all out narrative of people activities causing all climate changes is BS.

It's literal hyperbole.

That said, it's why what is happening can not be seen as a crisis by the American people. A "crisis" would indicate something bad that happened accidentally. This administration WANTED THIS, and would be achieving it by any means necessary. Mayor Pete is almost giddy at the prices, because he thinks it'll force you to buy an EV.

Allowing them to label this a crisis gives them an out...this needs to hang around their necks.

And dems had the nerve to call Trump a dictator. He’s literally promising his supporters he’ll violate the constitution.

Well, I didn't really believe it was an existential threat but then he said it was a fact... so now I believe him.

It makes you wonder how deranged one has to be to see everything going on around us at home and abroad, and then see something like this and really think: 'Man, yeah, that's awesome!'

Sounds like an attack on democracy to me.

Sounds very Democratic of him. Fricking leftist totalitarians.
If Trump said this they would be attacking him for trying to be a dictator.

as if they weren't funneling enough money through Ukraine and Afghanistan....They feel compelled to launder more taxpayer money through "climate change". Just how much taxpayer money do they think they can get when we are already $30Trillion in debt? Eventually the parasitic Marxist left will kill the host and will have to move on to a new nation to suck dry.
