The documents still have to be handled and stored correctly.

Wasn't that a primary justification for the MAL raid on Trump?
If that was good enough for Trumps charges, it's good enough for Biden charges.

That's been known for a long time. But, that ship has sailed on what's right and what's wrong with the handling of this case. You are I would be indicted and the judge would decide if we were fit to stand trial.

Doesn't matter if the DOJ refuses to prosecute.
How can anyone, even a leftist prog fricktard, say DC isn't totally corrupt?

where are these documents going, and who is getting a look at them?

Who's been doing it?

They are 95-98% of the real hackers online.

A Chinese-owned company penetrated former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private server, according to sources briefed on the matter.

The company inserted code that forwarded copies of Clinton’s emails to the Chinese company in real time.

The Intelligence Community Inspector General warned of the problem, but the FBI subsequently failed to act, Texas Republican Rep. Louie Gohmert said during a July hearing.

It's unfathomable that someone thinks putting classified docs in their garage is acceptable.

I work for a large DoD org. I used to be a client support tech guy and one year I went to our large, annual conference in DC. I remember, one day, we were running the slides for a classified presentation. We were told not to turn it up because the sound would bleed to nearby unclassified rooms. Anyway.. last presentation of the day and the friggin director walks in and sits down. after a few minutes he's signaling he can't hear. and I'm like.. wtf do we do. were not supposed to turn it up but the director can't hear? yolo. Decide to turn it up. We both got very close to being fired.

and this "classified" briefing contained ZERO sensitive information. but this turd can stick nuke codes in his glove box without repercussions?

Hey Jack, the garage had a lock on it. C’mon man!

If that is a legal standard, I am pretty sure the basement at MarALogo was pretty secure enough that the FBI didn’t have to do a panty drawer raid on Melania Trump’s clothes looking for classified documents.

..why is that alone not a massive crime?
It is. There should be no comparison whatsoever with the Mar-a-lago case.
