...and certainly not top secret documents..A President could, but he could not...why is that alone not a massive crime?
...and what happened to the documents he had stored in that vacant building in Chinatown..no more has been spoken of that....

Even more, Biden never had authority to just take documents with him, especially to his house. This is one of the things they held over the head of Petraeus. Dude was having an affair but also had notebooks with sensitive info stuffed in a rucksack or something, that he had handed off to his mistress.

It's unfathomable that someone thinks putting classified docs in their garage is acceptable. The ramifications here are extraordinary. How many other members of Congress have and are currently doing this, and where are these documents going, and who is getting a look at them?

Our most senior leaders in this country are the biggest security threats we have.

His bullshite excuse that his staffers didn’t doesn’t matter as he’d be the one responsible anyways. Letting others and not protecting it is a huge crime itself as well.

He is on video stating his has classified documents in his basement. The whole blaming his staff is just another lie.

Dude, he's a gentle, senile old man. Cut him some slack. He can't possibly be expected to remember how those documents came to be in his possession, and given his age and all, he presents as very sympathetic to a jury, so just give him a break.

Physical copies? Appropriately designated personnel can get on the high side outside of a SCIF.

The documents still have to be handled and stored correctly.

Hillary - broke laws in having, transmitting top secret documents on an unsecured private home server. She also destroyed docs and devices without any permission.

Not guilty.

Joe - as Senator and VP had top secret documents stored randomly in his garage, unsecured, open and damaged boxes, free and open access to his ghost writer who read and dictated multiple top secret material... then erased it.

Not guilty.

Trump - As President had legal right to top secret docs, stored them properly under guard and in a secure room, with lock & key which was provided for by the National Archives.

This is once again a case of Democrats getting away with things that anyone else would be jailed for.

Hillary and Biden weren't found not guilty...they were never arraigned, never indicted, never tried. Nobody got a chance to judge them but the DOJ. The report issued says what Biden did was deliberate but the media skips that part. This is third world banana republic bullshite.

Sounds delicious for an octagongenarian, dementia riddled, drug cocktail boosted, corrupt democrat.

Point being, Hillary and Joe actually DID the very illegal things they were accused of doing.

That's not even up for debate.

Also, Sandy Berger shoved docs in his socks & his underwear after 'viewing them' in a SCIF.

Didn't get anything but a slap on the wrist. No time spent in jail. No penalty of any real significance.

There should be medical examinations and hearings to determine his competency to stand trial. If he's competent, prosecute him. If he's not, then invoke the 25th Amendment.
