i'm not religious but when people deny the effects of Christianity on Western Culture, they expose themselves as either idiots or zealots

that's nice and all, but what i'm saying is everyone keeps saying they have the 1st amendment right to free speech.... what I'm saying is that MAY not be true, depending on what is being said... again, any one of those 3 statutes could apply, thus negating that 1st amendment, as it would be not covered by the 1st amendment...
we aren't arguing over permits and who had one or not... i'm saying that they could have been silenced because those statutes could have applied....
