Not so sure you can just "blanket" blame Republicans for dry counties. This state was Democratic run since reconstruction until the last 2 years.

Besides, every county in Arkansas can vote to be a wet or dry county.

frick Rapert. Dude is a hypocritical pos. He needs to be shot honestly. The people voted and he is going against the will of the people. He has proposed like 10 bills trying to ban everything in the bill separately so there is no bill.

He said when gay marriage happened nation wide that the arkansas people voted no and we shouldn't be forced to allow gay marriage.

Well now the people have voted for marijuana but he has been running around acting like they didn't mean to. frick that guy.

Rapert can get fricked. I have not spoken to a single Arkansan who likes him.

Rapert is definitely a douche. I don't really give a crap about weed, but Arkansans voted for medical marijuana. Not sure why Rapert thinks he's going to win this.

By the way, there is no chance in hell that I'm voting for a gas tax increase in Arkansas. These frickers have wasted more damn money on roads in this state with nothing to show for it. Tax truckers to drive through this state. They're the ones beating up our roads anyways.

With all the frickery around the election, removing the more popular bill a week into early voting, it's a wonder we managed to pass it in the first place.

I hope we put it up for recreational in 2018.

The new republican AG will probably do a lot to derail the process, though.
