Are Democrats now claiming that they believe extensive voter fraud exists?

If I remember correctly, it was the exact opposite that they argued for years.

So, does that mean that y'all are now on board with increased security, voter IDs, etc., to prevent voter fraud?

We could get some bipartisan bills passed now.

Pretty sure no one on the right has changed their stance in regards to voter fraud prevention.

Why do you think they are claiming hacking? It doesn't involve illegal/dead/moved/imaginary voters.

This is just great.

Most hypocritical stances are actually held by both sides.

The right will switch its stance when the left does, and vice versa.

This is literally only Democrat hypocrisy.

Good stuff.

No. No one actually thinks the election will be overturned. This is Jill Stein looking for attention.

If they do, they can't completely dismiss Trump's words on illegal aliens voting.

If they don't, they can't honestly cite dubious studies on hacked machines in states where Trump won, but not others where Trump lost.

A large number of people are donating to her and popular/prominent Democrats are claiming voter fraud.

They found themselves in a bind. Fraud promotes voter ID, no fraud diminishes the recount.

I think it's a fools errand. But Stein is playing with house money, so she might as well keep her name in the news for a few more days. If you're a Clinton supporter, sure, why the hell not?

Exactly. They aren't claiming that Billy Bob's great grandmother voted 3 times, even though she is dead. They are claiming "hacking" is the source of this, which is just absurd.

538 pretty much dismantled the hacking claim in this article. Also, if Russian hackers were going to steal the election they would've stolen NV and NH, a much more likely path for Trump. This is just silliness. Multiple types of machines were used, they were offline, paper ballots were also used. How would this massive hack gone off unnoticed? Do people really believe that historically blue states coordinated with Trump and the Russians to either aid the hacking or look the other way?

I don't think Stein did this for Hillary. I think she saw the real potential to get the ball moving on this by playing on their fears.
She might be learning a few chess moves from the master.

Her early website wording would leave one to believe that she didn't really expect anything to come of this. A theory that I am liking more and more is that no one expected this to take off the way it did. Now that it has, the Clinton camp is scrambling, not to aid in the recounts, but to ensure that legit voter fraud in Madison, Detroit, Philly, isn't uncovered.

Trumps reaction by saying that there is massive voter fraud forces the Democrats to either change their position that there is no fraud.

He is brilliant at counter punching.
