Does this mean all cops can be prosecuted if one cop breaks the law? I would love to see an enterprising prosecutor try to apply that law to rogue cops. It would definitely get around some of the current protections they get from their unions.

The law is bullshite and should be at least clarified, if not changed. It leaves way too much to the discression of the DA.

They should charge the DA under the same law for bringing this case to court because the publicity of the case will benefit the record sales of a known gangbanger.
