The more you talk about your hatred for the South, the more I think a Southern boy stole your girlfriend.

It sounds like you get all your talking points from anti-white racist propaganda. I don't see any of this "institutionalized racism" to which you keep referring. You seem as hate-filled as BLM rioters.

Had a professor at LSU law last spring during the primaries that trashed trump but then apologized right after saying statistically there are probably some supporters in here. Fortunately LSU law has a pretty conservative student base for a law school.

It's getting close to 2 p.m. - some of them should be awake by now.

Who do you think?

My guess is Baier.

I sat in the front row, on the end, and at least once per week, Baier would turn and say, "Mr. Midnight, what would Justice Scalia say to that?"

Good times.

And, even better when he hosted Scalia on his birthday that year. I got a great story AND chuckle out of the justice.

It's simply not interstate commerce nor is it inherent in the right to travel

It really isn't, and I learned in college how far reaching the government could be when interpreting law for interstate commerce.

I remember one example a professor gave us was that a restaurant on the side of the highway could entice travelers to stop and eat, which in effect caused restaurants down the road (as in other states) to lose out on that business.

It's pretty ridiculous. It's one of those things that benefited society, but then again do we really want our government to have that much leeway?

Graduated in 01

Glenn Lunney, Jr.
Lovett
Childress and
Fuller

All fairly non-liberal. Diamond was at Tulane then w his Second Amendment advocacy. I never had him though.

I had Childress. He didn't really ever opine on those sort of things that I can recall.

I didn't have any of the others.

There were some true believers though. Like our ethics professor who believed all their criminal defendants were innocent. I couldn't believe it

Unless they chose very carefully and had only 5 in their career, it is a statistical certainly one of them lied to them.

I'm not sure Diamond is the best teacher out there but his class was usually pretty entertaining

Most of the professors that are from the south will try to search for any kind of atrocity or race-based event that happens outside of the south to give people the false impression that racism and backwardness isn't a southern phenomenon
