I don't think it's safely anyone. Moore probably has a slight edge but it looks like Strange did better than expected.
Special Elections are tough to predict because of turnout so I can't imagine how unpredictable a runoff for a special election primary slot would be.

I think Trump and company hit the ground running HARD against Moore until the runoff in order to bring out way more turnout than 15% we are seeing from today... It's going to be a hard uphill battle for Moore

The crazy thing is that these people seem to think they are trapped in a state they hate and is filled with nothing but inbred rednecks. If I woke up everyday as miserable as they are I'd sure as shite find some way to leave. Life is too short to live like that.
