Should have said you find her made up definition of terrorism offensive.

My gen ed anthropology class was the greatest collection of hot girls I have ever seen in my life. I wish I had taken pictures. The girl who sat next to me looked like a real life Bratz doll. Seemingly every golden girl and tiger girl was in that class at the same time. It was the like the McLaren's pub of LSU

Yeah you all should not knock anthropology and geography since those gen ed courses attract a lot of girls.

(insert liberal, socialist, feminist bullshite here)
This is what is going on in your average everyday classroom.
Dude, who are you kidding with this?
You take a class with "social" and "anthro-" in the title, and you don't think you're going to get angry female socialists pushing an agenda?
That's NOT an average, everyday class. Why don't you just sign up for "Women's and Transgendered Minorities' Sociological Studies"?
My electives consisted of average, everyday classes such as Astronomy, Music Appreciation, Geology, Physical Anthropology, Art History... I steered clear of anything with "Social" or "Political" in the title. That's just asking for trouble.

Let's say you and I wanted to lay the psychological groundwork for summary incarceration of our political enemies.
If we could alter the public discourse such that everybody agrees that Conservative ideas are terroristic and an imminent threat to national security and public safety, we will have gone a long way towards normalizing summary incarceration of our political enemies, the Conservatives.
Well, this, in a nutshell, is what Academaia, the Dems, the Left, and their willing accomplices in the MSM are doing right now.

Well there is your problem right there. It's like a bunch of people got together and said "sociology is too conservative, let's form our own group!"

What a joke social anthropology is. It's not even a science. Physical anthropology is the only science in that field and even it has become controlled by the SJW's in recent years.

Congrats man. Finish as fast as you can

I agree to an extent, but Cultural Anthropology =/= Social Anthropology (although Social Anthropology is probably considered a sub-discipline of Cultural Anthropology).
Whenever they throw "social" in there, watch out. But the OP could've gleaned what was coming by reading the course description, and/or the syllabus.
And why is he wasting time "burn[-ing] up those electives" when he's 34 years old? He can't find more productive use of his time/money while in school? A damn archery class would be more productive.

Next thing we know, our students and football team will mass protest over a fat rich trust fund baby skipping meals over a diddle drawn with poo.
If that actually happens that institution needs to call itself SJWU to better reflect the libtardness of the faculty and student body....., oh wait, it did happen, we're looking at you Mizzery!!!!!

You need to lay low and fully document the out of control prog indoctrination process that is being showered on every student in our college classrooms today. Periodically share it with the PT board so we can hear first hand if it's as bad as we think it is.
Posted on 2/17/17 at 2:57 pm to WildTchoupitoulas
It's a gen ed elective. Every student on campus has to take a certain number of gen-ed electives and there's only 3 or 4 of each discipline to choose from. Depending on your major, you typically have to take 3 history/anthropology, one sociology, 1 life science, and one art class. Most of the classes available outside of biology and the various art history classes, have a heavy liberal political bent to them.

Why don't you stay away from anthropology, psychology, sociology, and other 'ogy's like that, and go for something more useful like Intro to Logic, or a useful foreign language. Save yourself some aggravation!

"burn[-ing] up those electives" =/= "trying to make the most of my education".
Bummer.
You can get that without having to pay for hysterical, subjective whining in the guise of a course of instruction.
You're 34, you're not going to get much through arguing with a bunch of kids. Take Astronomy. It might help you get back to land if you ever find yourself adrift.
