Suburb I guess. I wish I owned a much larger piece of property so as to totally avoid having to encounter a single neighbor ever but still be within driving distance of stores and restaurants and the like.

Everything. All of the above plus deer, hogs, owls, foxes plus the Tchefuncte river in the back yard.

This is close to it for me. Small Missouri town about an hour east of Kansas City.

Rural, but the burbs are creeping closer every day.
I have deer, skunks, raccoons, possums, foxes, coyotes, armadillos, snakes, scorpions, tarantulas. Owls eat the cats around here.

Between Ex Burb and Rural - a bedroom community.

Suburb. On a boat canal right off the lake.

If you live in Louisiana then it's rural
I am a metro sexual at heart though

I've got seals, sea lions and humpbacks out front, bears out back. Had a bear break in last week and drag my garbage out. Woke me up at 3am. I am guessing the wife didn't pull the door all the way closed.
But, even downtown you have bear issues around here.

Rural or Exurb, depending on how you define it.

Inner city, though urban would be better descriptor.
