Since TRUMP is Hitler, we'll all be too busy shoveling oppressed minorities into ovens like cordwood to notice what the press says about anything.

My ethnic heritage basically breaks down like this:

12% Jewish
88% Dukes of Hazzard*

I wonder if I'm safe?

* I still don't know how they slid into that car, though. I can't say it was because they were both short, but John Schneider was actually pretty tall.

I won't give him credit for a jobs report in February of his inaugural year when he hasn't actually done anything significant to cause job growth.
um, he's already started the process of massively deregulating, and has an outward policy that is growth and business friendly. Do you realize that the USA is the most expensive and complicated place to do business in the world? It's a real drag on the efficiency of the economy, and our regulatory environment is the primary reason for outsourcing manufacturing, followed by our insane corporate tax rates, not worker wages. Companies see the possibility of being profitable doing business here again

Personally, I'll give credit where credit is due. If Trump enacts policies that have an effect on economic productivity, then I'll give him credit for that. I won't give him credit for a jobs report in February of his inaugural year when he hasn't actually done anything significant to cause job growth.

If businesses aren't responding to what they are predicting as a better environment under Trump than Obama...then what do you think IS driving the economic surge?

Focus on the new homelessness crises. Send camera crews to interview every lost soul living under an overpass.

When the tide lifts all boats, focus only on the top 1%.

Invent more climate crisis.

You know, dust off the old 80's playbook and mix in social justice claptrap.

'm a 20 year stock broker and wealth manager. I think we all need to be prepared that if we hit 3%, 4%, or some how even better GDP growth, the Federal Reserve will do everything possible to pull it back at the behest of their Establishment cronies.

They'll have us in a near hyper-inflation mode before they let Trump succeed.

Expect interest rates to go up 0.25% a quarter for most of Trump's presidency. It's about to start and likely won't stop.

Exactly so, the Fed artificially kept the interest rate down during Obama's tenure to make things appear better than they really were, and they will do the opposite now.
