I personally know MANY highly productive membeers of society that, "wouldn't pass a urinalysis". Now, could they if they were looking for a job? Probably so.

Fact remains, many people like to use recreational drugs. Many of them are extremely intelligent, highly productive and wealthy. How about you judge people based on the content of their character. Not some preconceived metric that is chosen along partisan political lines.
