So here's the breakdown in numbers.
No proof for 150 of the arrests- The web pages Crokin cited are dead links.
478 arrests- 142 men were paying for sex with ADULT women, 36 were pimps, 28 were commercially exploited children recovered, 27 were adult victims, 245 were regular female prostitutes. That's 28 pedophile/underage sex arrests.
178 arrests- All of those arrests were men soliciting sex from an undercover cop posing as an adult sex worker
16 arrests- 4 pimps, 2 children, no word about any of the other 10 victims. That's 2 pedophile/underage sex arrests.
14 arrests- It says "many of the victims were minors". I'll be generous and say all of them were minors. That's 14 pedophile/underage sex arrests.
11 arrests- Sting involving police posing online as a 13-year-old into older men. That's 11 pedophile arrests.
That leaves 653 arrests accounted for with no proof. And of the 847 arrests that were cited, only 55 were linked with pedophilia or sex with minors. Also, the investigations for most of those arrests started long before Trump took office. In other words, the numbers are misleading as frick.

So, facts prove the article to be complete BS.
Yet people still in this thread praising Trump for his crackdown on Pedos?
~sigh~

Good I hope they are all caught and arrested. But I'm trying to understand what Trump has to do with these local and state operations that probably began the operations well before 2017, let alone after inauguration.
Because before Trump, Obama would have stalled/buried the investigation evidence. This likely goes waaay up the chain...Podesta and Bill Clinton being potential top-tier players. Same with the Republican's passing ACA Repeal and sending it to Obama's desk; they KNEW it would go nowhere.
Now that Sessions is there, those that have sat on evidence are forced to move forward just to CYA...lest they be exposed as being malfeasant (or worse) tolerant/enablers of pedos.

Generally any debunking, no matter how thorough, gets ignored if it's more than halfway down the first page.

Trump has emphasized law and order, and did mention the heinous crime of human trafficking during his campaign.
This article seems to be a blatant stretch of facts in evidence.

This likely goes waaay up the chain...Podesta and Bill Clinton being potential top-tier players

Now that Sessions is there, those that have sat on evidence are forced to move forward
Your post is just a strange and nonsensical connection of ideas that don't even relate and have no support.

On Jan. 27 authorities arrested 42 in a human trafficking operation in Tennessee.
On Jan. 29 authorities announced that 474 were arrested in a statewide California human trafficking operation and 28 sexually exploited children were rescued.
178 people were arrested in Texas for sex trafficking in sting that operated in January until Super Bowl Sunday.
On Feb. 14 the Polk County sheriff announced that 42 were arrested in Florida in child pornography related cases.
sex trafficking does not always involve "pedophiles"
and there are more "sex trafficking" arrests b/c the feds keep expanding the definition
it's one of the new moral panics to attack prostitution

You don't think his actions, three separate times since he took office, didn't set the agenda, and tell LE what were priorities?
I get that some of these operations, not all, were in place before he took office, but you seriously think that he had nothing to do with turning up the heat? He has made a lot of comments about this, had his daughter in attendance at one such event, and has gone way out of his way to make this a priority.
Now there are conspiracy theories, and no one really knows if there is a there, there. But the there that is there is a lot of smoke. And the other there that is there are his comments while POTUS, and during the campaign.
Could very well be a deft way at deporting some people, and another enforcement option at his immigration efforts. Could be some other stuff as well Could be a combination of both.
I've watched this Presidency very closely. Meaning I haven't participated in speculation about every newspaper article, but I've watched what has been released on whitehouse.gov, and what Trump has actually been saying. Boring stuff, his budget priorities, his tax policy from what has been leaked, immigration, national defense spending, and his seemingly large number of comments and actions on human trafficking.
Maybe I should pay more attention to the threads on there, I'm not sure. But I'm a boring guy. And an observant guy. He has made a lot of comments in a short period of time. Some of his cabinets picks are hugely motivated anti human trafficking picks. A lot of other stuff. I would be a fool to not at least recognize this.
