so how does she determine who is a Muslim? Some Latinos, blacks and white converts maintain their western names, meaning they could easily participate in that facility.

If she gets sued and is taken to court, it will be interesting to see how the SCOTUS rules. My gut feeling is that they would side with the Muslims in that you can't hold people of a religion accountable for something others did in the name of that religion.

I've thought about opening an outdoor range. I haven't looked into it much, as the thought crossed my only briefly. I'm sure there is a shite load of licensing involved.
