I have no clue how anyone didn't know this from the beginning. It was clear Publix was giving him free food. However, a new manager comes in that doesn't know the deal and then calls the cops. Fsu/Jameis have the choice of major ncaa infraction or legal slap on the wrist. Easy choice

I don't think it is stealing unless you are in on it. The employee is an extension of the company. If they offer a customer a free good it is not on the customer to say no. If your waiter comps your appetizer you do not need to go and ask the manager/owner in order to not be stealing
