You might get lucky with a smaller house by Laurel Lea and off of Staring by Highland. Or over by South Eugene by the overpass.

I rented my duplex on Acadian near Govt for $850. They have plenty around that pice in Mid City.

Try around Plum Broque Street. Central location close to LSU near the Perkins/Acadian corridors and Southdowns neighborhood. Walking distance to several area favorites.

Perkins East turns back into Perkins at Parish line. Not nitpicking on you BC everyone calls it that but if op tries to Google he'll be confused.
