Good point. My condo is actually in between both locations. Should've been there last weekend

I'd stuff a kilo in my shirt and run.

Not calling cops or anything. I'd sit on the stuff until I figured out a buyer, or Id slowly sell it by the 8 ball to friends for extremely bargain prices.

$100 8-balls would go quick.

ETA: and I'm only taking a kilo if I'm positive no one is looking and it's late at night.

If it's during the day with people around I'd probably rip a bag open to "see what it is" and scoop a handful in my pocket

The Crystal Beach Dr. thing is incorrect.

From the Destin Log:

quote:

Public Information Officer Michele Nicholson from the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office told The Log a call came into the sheriff's office at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday regarding narcotics found on the beach behind Sandpiper Cove on Holiday Isle. “It could have been dropped out of a plane or off of a boat,” she said. “There are any number of possibilities how it got where it was.”

...

Anyone with information on the bale of narcotics is asked to contact the OCSO at 651-7400 or contact Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers at 850-863-TIPS, emeraldcoastcrimestoppers.com, or Text “Tip214 plus your message” to CRIMES 274637).

What do they expect someone to do? "Uh.. yeah... officers... I know how it got there... if you'll put it back, I'll.. uhhh.. make sure it gets picked up."
