Come take a drive around Bay St Louis before you buy on the Northshore. I can get you a visit to the yacht club if you want to meet the ballers.

You obviously haven't spent a lot of time on the northshore. And if you did you obviously ran in the poor circles. Congrats on hitting the marriage lottery though.

For the people who keep mentioning 250k is the 3% and not middle class.
You are thinking about it in terms of yearly income.
It IS quite middle class if you think in terms of capital/assets and return. It certainly isn't wealth if you have a salary where your $$$ comes from.
