With the dollar and the euro being almost even, exchange rate wise. Is now a good time to travel abroad?

It's an amazing time to travel to Russia.

The currency moves combined with the crippling poverty that a lot of young people (women) are in will make for a good time.

Same with Greece, but less on the currency, more on the crippling poverty.

Greece is weird. I was there in 2009 when the economy worldwide had slowed but yet the euro was strong. So Greece, despite their lack of work ethic(and tourists), was still mighty expensive. I feel like I may be missing something, but I think only the return of the drachma would garner some super value.

In any event, it's vacation, you'll probably just replace whatever savings into more spending. I still spent a hefty chunk in Spain at $1.16.

But yes, now is a great time to go of course

CNN had an article late last week, about how this is the summer to travel to Europe.

Sure hope it was a bad joke. International human trafficking is alive and well, thanks to unabated demand.

I think what he meant is that you get a lot more bang for your buck.

Bunch of stuffiness in here.

I am assuming that none of you ever bought a shot for a girl that you later slept with.

Samesies. I'm looking into maybe a week or two in the winter. It looks pretty promising for New Years
