Create the ultimate bachelor party

I'm going all out for my boy. He did 3 tours overseas and is all around the most solid guy I have known since the 6th grade. When I had two broken ankles, he brought me to every doctors appointment that my old lady couldn't. He is settling down with a great girl and I want to give him a bachelor party that we will talk about for years. She has already said we can do whatever we want. Me and about 12 other guys are chipping in and the total budget will be about $11 grand. The common answer is Vegas but what else you guys got?

definitely don't go to Vegas with 12 guys and 11K you'll have fun for about 8 hours
Go to Austin or another cool town where 11K will get you somewhere
