"NFL Films Guru" Greg Cosell says he would take Zach Mettenberger over Winston

The Titans will face the decision to have either Mettenberger and, let's say, USC DL Leonard Williams or Mariota or Winston. Maybe the Titans actually do hold Mettenberger in high regard.

I agree with most except this.
However you want to characterize Winston's mobility it's not all that comparable to Metts.

Agreed. Mettenberger might be the easiest sack in the NFL, and that really doesn't have to do with athletic ability. Manning is one of the hardest to sack.

I hope the Titans give Mett a shot and load the hell up on skill players. His arm is great, and if he doesn't cut it they're not in another five years of purgatory.

This cracks me up that this is taken as word now. Pretty sure the only failing aspect of the test was that his urine had too much water. But yeah, you could call that a "failed drug test" and get away with it.
He has all the tools in the world. The only thing will be if he can get a rapport with his weapons and if Tenn is willing to build around him.
