Don't they have a lot of calories, fat and carbs in each? What's the reason for eating a snack with all of that if trying to eat healthy? I can't find ANY bar that's really healthy.

my wife does this thing with them where she takes a choc chip cookie dough one, warms it up in microwave until mushy.. takes it out and rolls 3 cookies out of the dough, then puts them into the oven for a few mins to bake.

dont you judge me!!!

and its a "protein bar" loaded with protein. 180 calories and like 20 carbs. Dont eat a shite ton of them and you will be okay. I eat one before i hit the gym most days now and thats it. It isnt as bad as a regular candy bar... but could be, everything in moderation

As someone watching carbs, they're a staple of my diet.

My rankings:

Cookies and Cream
Cookie Dough
Smores
Mixed Berry Bliss
Vanilla Almond Crunch
Chocolate Brownie (requires microwave)
White Chocolate Raspberry
Peanut Butter and Jelly

Oh, I have and like them, but they're also good without them. To me the choc brownie is inedible until microwaving, at which time it becomes delicious.

I'm not judging at all! That much calories is almost a meal for me so Its hard to have a bar have that and the carbs scare me to death.

Quest bars actually have a pretty clean ingredient profile.
