I have to agree, higgins is a bad arse...glad to hear him layin it out for the scumbags of the world...
that said, if st landry parish would spend a little less time trying to give traffic tickets for two miles per hour over the speed limit, they may have a little more time to catch actual criminals...

Shreveport crime stoppers used to encourage tipsters to "Drop a dime on crime."
A local radio host became concerned the young people would not know what that meant, so time for a new slogan.
Pathetically, it is now "Grab a cell and tell." And, of course, it was the idea of an old arse white dude.
I foresee this same mind advocating: "Send a text and get your money next" or "Be a rat. Send a Snapchat!"

I watch this crime stoppers report weekly and I think Higgins does an awesome job. On top of doing a great job with his message, he is hilarious and doesn't know it.
