Does it have to be Westeros? Because I would live in Braavos. It's the New York City of Essos/Westeros.

Depends on what my social standing/class is as a woman. You probably have a better chance of being a badass whether you're a bastard or not in Dorne. As a highborn woman, I'd probably want to be in Highgarden.
