First round. Pretty high I would imagine. He's had a very productive career

2nd round? Or 2nd pick? Either way, you're wrong.

Nonsense. Brandon Marshall is the only WR in that draft who has been clearly better. Greg Jennings and Colston are a wash. He'd be at worst the 3rd WR taken, probably the 2nd.

I'll say late 1st round due to lack of speed.

He's top 10 in TDs, yards, and receptions among active WRs.

Longevity and production

He was waaaaayyyyyyyy too slow to project as an NFL starter. He was projected as a TE and in his first season almost every online fantasy league had him as a TE week 1.

He was still likely a Day Three guy.

If you go on NFL stats alone, he's a first rounder in a redraft.

Slow? Colston ran a 4.54 at 6'5" 225

For reference

Mike Evans 4.53

Kelvin Benjamin 4.61

Deandre Hopkins 4.57

^ too slow to be NFL starters or?

He lost a lot of speed after being in the NFL after about 3 or 4 years...but you are right about that. He actually had pretty good speed during his 1st few years in the league. I'm not sure why, but he lost a step. Thankfully he's a huge WR and it didn't really hurt him that much.

He actually was listed as a TE in the draft. CSP thought differently. He played at Hofstra and didn't have much competition. Scouts didn't know what to classify him as...they thought he was a tweener.

Are you guys able to name 25+ players from the 2006 draft that would go before Colston in a redraft?

Colston's forty was close to the 4.52 Lance Moore ran.

A lot of speed? He was just getting to the 2nd level past DBs as recent as last season. He just doesn't look exceptionally quick bc he's so big.

His athleticism is underrated. Dude had a better vert and broad jump than both Kevin White and Cooper did this season. White was .01 better in the 3 come and Colston blew away Cooper there. Not to mention Colston was a track and field guy in HS.

Playing at Hofstra really held him back in the draft. He basically revolutionized teams' scouting college like Hofstra.
