Royals dumped him after he struck out 5 in 2 innings last week against SD. ERA 3.5
Followed him after LSU ,Always liked the guy, not overpowering but a filthy slider. Hope he gets picked up. At one point last year he had a era of 0.0 in 24 appearances.

He passed through waivers and is back with the AL Champion Royals!

They did send him down to Triple A though home of the Omaha Storm Chasers!

I forget how waivers works in baseball... Am I right that if a team had claimed him they would have had to keep him on the 25 man roster for the entirety of the season (I'm guessing due to the years of service Coleman has)?

Surprised by this honestly as he owns a 3.25 ERA in 47 games... KC never really gave him an opportunity in the long relief role bouncing him between Triple A and the Majors

Coleman was awful his first 2 seasons, but he was a beast with that funky motion in his later years.

He's up there in my book, but I have to go with Lane Mestepey.

kC did give him a shot but he had some health issues and they were loaded in the pen and stronger this year. He is used to Omaha and it's prolly a sure thing they'll bring him up at some point. My favorite ex tiger as well.

I still remember the glove toss from '09. One of my favorite moments
