Bass Fishing Before School

Nothing like doing a little fishing before school. All caught on white/chartreuse lunker lure. These were the 3 biggest. He caught 5 total and hooked a 6th. Him catching them on top water is better than catching them myself. All caught in about a 45 min time frame.

Bet it was a blast for him, and looks like you've got a fishing partner for life. I'm taking the wife and jr. to jerk some perch tomorrow before a crawfish boil. Ain't life grand!

That one is 10 years old. I am the engineer for the neighborhood and live there. We have had a throw back policy on bass until this year, which most people followed. Starting to keep 15-20 pounds per acre this year. We drained the back half of the back lake earlier this year and had a couple 6's and 7's in it.

Does that neighborhood have 2 different ponds? And close to a certain high school... Looks like where I fished the other day?

Has 2 ponds but not near a high school. Located in south baton rouge.
