Yeah, but didn't he also dehydrate himself? I'm not into that.

I stayed up for close to 80 hours my senior year in college thanks to Adderall. I didn't eat anything and drank probably 2-3 gatorades over the span. I weighed myself before, because I knew I was going to go into an intense binge and I actually lost 12 pounds over the 3+ plus days.

I passed all my exams by the way, so it was worth it.

6 weeks with a broken jaw. But I drank plenty of Ensure to keep up calories.

Almost 2 days for any "real" not eating.

About 3 days due to food poising. If I ate anything, I was throwing it up within 20 minutes, so I avoided eating.

I don't think this means what you think it means.

Eating something good for you is better than eating nothing.

I am thankful that I've only gone a few hours without eating.

I don't think you know as much on the topic as he does. Intermittent fasting has health benefits.

Once or twice a week really isn't extreme. It's about overall calorie consumption too.

There's plenty of scientific papers covering this topic

Intermittent fasting is eating in and 8 hour window. You fast for the remaining 16 hours. Essentially, it's skipping breakfast. And it does have health benefits.

Intermittent fasting covers a wider range than that, but the 8 hour window is the most popular

The eight hour eating range is most popular. On or two 24 hour fasts per week is by no means extreme.

3 days during hell week. Back in the day when a man could get hazed in peace without fear of reprisal.
