How about the same freedom that let's homosexuals get married is the same freedom that some bakery owner can refuse service to people. 1st amendment is a wonderful thing.

Who are you to say that I have to serve everyone unless they are making a disturbance? You gonna start dictating my prices too, because poor people can't afford my cakes? I'm discriminating against poor people.....blah blah blah.

Dude, people have the freedom to be disrespectful bigots. If the business isn't using public land or isn't using public dollars, the state has no business taking legal action against them because doing so is like swatting a fly with a sledgehammer.

I'll say it again, freedom includes people doing shite we don't like.

Uhh what? No but you can't just refuse service to someone because of your religion. I mean where in the Bible does it say Thou' shall not give service to gays? Everyone is a sinner so by this logic nobody gets service

I'm going to open up a business and not allow any gays or minorities in just because I'm an a-hole. Because, apparently, there is nothing more American than prohibiting someone from enjoyment simply out of prejudice...oh I'm sorry, because "God said so."

It's a shame people on both sides don't abide by this.

The religious right to live and let be for gays getting married. Just because it is icky doesn't mean they shouldn't get the same rights when it comes to marriage.

The the tard SJW understanding while it is terrible to be a bigot, it shouldn't be against the law. So someone is a racist and hurts your feeling by not baking a cake? GTFO you panty waste victimhood and go elsewhere with your money.

This is one of the dumbest laws in our history. Wait until the Muslim businesses refuse serving infidels in America just because they believe in Jesus. Christians won't be able to gas up their cars. Oh the lulz

So it's completely ok to say frick the customer's rights? I have no problem with private business doing what it wants but using religion is bullshite.

I'm just waiting for some Christan to throw a shite fit when they get denied service for being a Christian.

And this particular bill also applies to corporations which is beyond fricked up

They typically have no problem selling them a cake, flowers or pictures but when it comes to the explicit purpose of gay marriage like a wedding cake, wedding pics, and wedding flowers, that's where they draw the line as they don't want to condone a union they believe to be sinful and giving them those specific services is condoning it.

That's about as simple as it gets and they should not be prosecuted for believing as such.

It's a stupid and outdated belief but stupid beliefs are perfectly legal.

No problem with that.

It's your property that you rightfully own and only belongs to you.

No one else has a right to it.

Wtf are customer rights? The right to force someone to serve you through threat of jail or fines? Where are these "customer rights" defined?

Customers have special rights besides not being hurt, stolen from or slandered?

This debacle is literally the first time I'm hearing of comnerce as a human right.

And I would say tough shite to them. They don't have a right to privately owned services.
