Do the chains in Time Square do that poorly? Seems like the fanny pack motherfrickers that crowd in there would be all about Red Lobster. Most aren't the type to go eat at Eleven Madison Park.

Ehhh, location wise where Bubba Gump is probably gets more foot traffic and specifically hungry foot traffic. Plus its seafood and probably more lunch friendly than FDC.

And FDC is attached to a big hotel which save a few exceptions has always been a conundrum.
