A better debate would be which school's current players in the NBA would make the best team

Shooting guard was hard to choose.
I'd prob go Delk. but Derek Anderson, Meeks, and Bogans can make a claim. as could Ron Mercer, who I'd def take over Prince (who was a 4 in college).

How about all-time John Calipari players vs. all-time Mike Krzyzewski players? Basically an all-time John Calipari team vs. an all-time Duke team.
For Calipari:
John Wall
Derrick Rose
Chris Douglas-Roberts
Anthony Davis
Marcus Camby
For reference...

If you ditch the "1990" bit then I'd consider taking LSU's all-time starting 5.

I couldn't think of a center from UCLA at first.

I would go with Kyrie,
As for the OP, based purely on these guys as college players, I think Duke has the advantage here.

Jayson Williams
Didn't realize he would cause such a debate considering he played at St John's.
Jason Williams (the awesome Duke PG) and Jayson Williams (played at St John's, killed a limo driver) are two different people.

Very important correction, appreciate you taking the time out to do that.

I guess him going with "Jay" Williams after college has a lot of these fools confused.

You are such a pathetic fricking homer for the state of Florida. You probably cheered for Casey Anthony during her trial

UF isn't beating that.
Westbrook, Ariza and Hollins were all meh college players.
in fact, basically the guys on that Florida team beat Westbrook-Afflao-Collison in the national semifinal by double digits. And the year before got annihilated in the National title game with Afflao-Farmar- Hollins(lol) Come on baw.
And you must be young, because you left out some really good wing players. Tracy Murray & Ed O Bannon shite on Ariza & Afflao. Even Jason Kapono> Ariza.
Dan Gadzuric wasn't great but he was eons better than Hollins
