Reigns needs to go to creative and tell them he ain't Cena. He doesn't want to be a face with heel reactions. It doesn't make any sense.

Agreed. But at this point, it has less to with Reigns himself and more to do with it being the "cool" thing to chant (i.e. CM Punk chants).

I refuse to believe they are actually failing at pushing him. It would be the easiest thing ever. Absolutely pitiful they haven't been able to do it.
Not to mention they have a fricking get out of jail free card. They can have literally anyone in the world demolish and humiliate DB and they are instantly a huge heel. Is it really so hard to have a mega heel and prop your face against him?
