They are my least favorite rental company to use. They walk around some beat-up Hyundai inspecting it like its going into OR.

It's easier to diagnose the year make and model were known. By saying it was a Mercedes undoubtedly led to the answer. Id say it was useful info.

For fourteen years I'd have 25-30 rentals per year. Enterprise was the worst rental company I ever dealt with.

When I start the car there is a warning on the dash board that states I have XXX number of starts left

If a service is missed or extra urea is consumed, a warning light and counter will appear in the gauge cluster. When the urea level gets critically low, the counter will give you 20 re-starts, after that the car will not start until at least two gallons of urea are added to the tank

Also don't ever get DEF from a mercedes dealership, apparently they charge $200+ for a fill up which is complete bs

Easy fix:
Return the car to the nearest open Enterprise office (probably the airport since it is Sunday). Then, go to the Hertz counter and rent one of their cars.
