Just to show that I'm not just a one trick pony who can just cook stuff on the grill. Tonight, I'm cooking black beans and Quinoa.

I know what you're thinkng. "What the hell is Quinoa, and how do you pronounce it?". I'm here to help you answer those questions. Google it. Hope that helps.

I started out by lightly browning some onions and garlic in some olive oil.

I added some vegetable broth, Quinoa, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper and let the broth absorb.

After the Quinoa had absorbed all of the water, I added corn, black beans, and cilantro.

The result was nice. Zappas Stache would be proud, if he were here today. I might just go vegetarian, now, myself.

Money shot.

Wrap it in a corn tortilla and your money.

So reports of your demise were wrong?

It was pretty good. Will do again. The dish took the spice well. Everyone enjoyed it.

What kind of vegetable is that big red and black sliced thing in the background? I'd like to plant some of those in my garden.
