Wal mart will carry some obviously, but I bet a nice little locally owned hardware store would be the best place

Honestly, best place would be an estate sale.

if you are looking for old, probably an estate sale as said before.

Antique store. New cast iron skillets are not the same quality as old ones.

you can get Lodge at Academy or Cracker Barrell. If you truelly want older stuff, estate sales are the best choice. Ebay will have them as well.

Antique/junk store.

I went in one last week with my mom and they had a whole corner full of different sizes and styles. I'm still regretting not buying the cornbread one they had.

Looked like this...

Why old? A Lodge works just as well.

Have a new Lodge and an old Griswald. The Griswald has a smoother surface and holds seasoning much better.

Probably get a nice on at a Trade Day.

Lowe's or Home Depot would be a quick way.

Because it's older. The Lodge will catch up to it one day. Just takes time and usage.

IF you are going to buy new, Lodge is great. I have both new and old, and I use the new stuff a lot more because it's not going to get any better in storage.

Antique flea markets will have a lot. You may need to put a little effort in cleaning and re-seasoning but that's not hard, and it will give it your 'touch' so to speak

You may as well go start 2nd base for your church league softball team with a brand new glove with this line of thinking.

It needs to be broke in and seasoned. Sure you can rub a little grease in it and put it in the oven, but wouldn't you rather have one some grandma cooked bacon and eggs in every morning for the last 60 years?

just get a lodge and be done with it

even if you score a great find at a garage sale, it's almost assuredly going to need more work than the lodge will

and since cast iron got hot a few years ago, my garage sale friends say there aren't the same sort of deals and most garage sales sell them all out quickly
