500-600 calories so in terms of body composition it's all good. Decent fiber. Not much else. But very delicious. Blueberry shredded wheat

Don't know you, don't know what you look like... But you are probably 12% on internet forums, 15% actual.

Everyone guesses that number wrong, most get the measurement wrong too.

A well made burger with lean meat is one of the most well rounded foods an individual can consume.

Well I could actually skip dinner too and then anything I want around lunch tomorrow.

Tell a super obese person to do that.

kashi is actually really shitty nutritionally. A metric frickton of sugar.

I would have guessed you'd be smarter than the ad campaign. Guess i was wrong.

They manage to sneak in their 2,000 calories in their cubes via poptarts, ritz crackers, and the 20oz coke zero hiding under their desk.

The way most present-day Americans eat, they do need to "cut carbs" to lose weight.
