Very good Lester. Indeed. Ed Cota was a 4-year guy, Forte a one and done sadly at his own expense.

Again, he didn't have to do anything. He could have given $0 and nobody would have said anything because giving money away to former players is not something people do.

But he gave away $40,000 when he didn't have to.


And it was in his will apparently.

I think he played two years. Seemed pro ready but I guess he was a tweener and didn't respond well to being a bench player.

I think he backed up Williams his freshman year and came off the bench. Those mid-late 90s UNC teams were so stacked

My first thought was to current lettermen......more sanctions to come......classy thing to do for all the guys he coached.
