Does his bill only include bars? Did he forgot about restaurants. The restaurant association of la would have a literal meltdown if this ever came close to reality. No way they would want there patrons not to be able to have a couple beers or couple glasses of wine with dinner unless they had a dd.

There's no need to actually discuss this bill

There's a better chance of me fricking ScarJo than there is of this bill ever getting even close to passing

What if I live within walking distance of the bar? What about a fricking cab? This is the dumbest law I've ever heard.

Isn't this guy from the same general area where people elected Barbara Norton?

I'd say the level of retard is high enough around there where it might just happen.

Burns is still working on the final details, but believes that it should also be illegal to sell alcohol to a designated driver.

So is this in the bill or not? If not, then you be my DD I'll be yours and we both get to drink.
