It may become illegal to purchase a beer without a designated driver at a bar

So, as long as there is at least one person in the bar not drinking, he can be the DD for everyone.
This is stupid. What about buying liquor at a store? How does it help prevent me from driving drunk then? I guess in his little world, only bar patrons get drunk.

yes. it's a tiny arse town east of Shreveport. I doubt they even have more than 1 bar. the only good thing about haughton is lake claiborne
